Job Overview

The Distribution Systems Administrator is responsible for coordinating delivery, setup, and inventory maintenance of sales and distribution systems. This role serves as the tier 1 help desk for the assigned systems and provides reporting regarding usage, process adherence, and performance. This role is tasked with executing functional process requirements, such as entering Sales Force Automation questions, preloaded orders, surveys, and maintaining daily processes associated with systems (geotab, phone systems, teammate profile creation, surveys, etc.).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists teammates in person, telephonically, and electronically through providing tier 1 support with distribution systems hardware, software, or processes
  • Performs, researches, resolves, and responds to tier 1 inquiries in accordance with current standards
  • Observes problem trends on frequent issues and documents, learnings, and solutions; tracks compliance, and reports on device functionality and inventory to the appropriate business partner in order to support business operations and to improve processes
  • Executes various process requirements in order to ensure tool functionality, teammate acceptance, and safety messaging. This includes ensuring success rate through surveying teammates on execution and reporting findings to senior leaders (SFA Questions, Preloads, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Superior organizational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of field processes and accountabilities
  • Ability to demonstrate strong Excel skills in an interview setting

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
