Overview The Contingent Support Chaplain is responsible for providing emotional and spiritual support to patients, family members, and hospital staff. Responsibilities
Provides direct spiritual care and counseling to patients, families, and staff; provides emotional and spiritual support in times of crisis; uses dynamics of interpersonal relationships and appropriate religious resources to help ease anxiety and to help persons integrate their hospital experience with their view of life.
