The Work:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP TM and LBN implementation projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide strategic direction, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand transportation and logistics requirements and design integrated solutions that leverage both SAP TM and LBN functionalities.
  • Configure SAP TM for transportation planning, execution, and monitoring, and utilize LBN for supply chain collaboration, visibility, and connectivity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP TM and LBN consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, IT, and business users, to align SAP TM and LBN solutions with overall business objectives.
  • Configure SAP TM and LBN system settings, master data, and business processes to meet specific transportation and logistics requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for customization or enhancement to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and achieve cost savings.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans for SAP TM and LBN implementations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with business requirements through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Heres What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM and LBN implementation and configuration, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP TM and LBN functionalities, including transportation planning, order management, freight optimization, carrier collaboration, supply chain visibility, and digital connectivity
  • Minimum of 3 years integration experience between SAP TM, LBN, and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM)
  • Experience leading team(s) in a Global Delivery Model (on-shore/off-shore)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • You have certification in SAP TM, LBN, or other relevant SAP modules

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below. California $73,000 to $192,600

Colorado $73,000 to $166,400

District of Columbia $77,700 to $177,200

New York $67,600 to $192,600

Maryland $67,600 to $154,100

Washington $77,700 to $177,200
