The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector has a career opportunity for a PMO Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic DES (Defense Enclave Services) team supporting DISA at Fort Meade, MD on a hybrid basis.

100% REMOTE capable

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DoD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities' (DAFAs) common use information technology systems, personnel, functions, and program elements under the direction of DISA's Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office. It will unify the DAFAs on a common, modernized network architecture, DoDNet, to provide mission services focused on enhanced user experience, improved security, and network reliability.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

*Must have an ACTIVE SECRET or above clearance required. (US Citizenship required)

Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes and developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements. Duties include researching best business practices within and outside the organization, collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Duties may include determining how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business needs and requirements to identify appropriate solutions.

  • Arranging and structuring business processes to optimize efficiency, productivity, and performance.

  • Identifying and implementing enhancements to business processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

  • Optimizing business processes to achieve organizational objectives and improve overall effectiveness.

  • Understanding the collection, processing, and evaluation of data to generate actionable insights and forecasts for decision making.

  • Organizing, managing, and preserving data to ensure its integrity, accessibility, and usability over time.

  • Improving and ensuring the quality of products, processes, or services through systematic evaluation and enhancement measures.

  • Identifying and documenting the needs and constraints of stakeholders to guide item, system, and software development

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline.

  • Has expert knowledge of industry practices, advanced techniques and solutions within a professional discipline to develop new standards, processes, and solutions. Serves as a subject matter expert across Leidos.

  • Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional four (4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience
