Position Summary: Our Media Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Senior Media Strategist by planning and coordinating media placements for agency clients. This role involves assisting with media buying, liaising with media representatives, and managing multiple media accounts. The Media Specialist will develop and optimize strategies for traditional media as well as digital, social, and search campaigns, ensuring alignment with M3 Group's business goals and client expectations. Key responsibilities include maintaining a thorough understanding of M3 Group's services, executing media buys to drive account growth, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client objectives. In addition to implementation, optimization, and purchasing, this role will develop campaign reports, monitor effectiveness, and provide insights to both internal teams and external clients as needed. Work Arrangement: This position is able to work hybrid arrangement. Expectation to work onsite on Tuesdays and one other day each week at the Lansing office.
