Pay: $28 - $32 per hour

Hours: 1st Shift

As a Mechanical Technician, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:



  • Evaluating current processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize equipment and workflow efficiency while minimizing waste.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in process improvement and implementation is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
