Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Staff Action Coordinator to support PEO Missiles & Space Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. This position is based in Huntsville, AL. Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide program analyst support to the coordination and execution of the Staff Action Coordination Office (SACO) actions assigned to the project office.
- Utilize the Program Executive Office SharePoint TeamTrack system to receive, assign, track, and close out SACO actions.
- Identify appropriate project office subject matter experts, assign actions, and consolidate responses for submission through TeamTrack.
- Administer all phases of task responses, including coordination with leadership for concurrence.
- Track and report weekly metrics on project office performance in accomplishing assigned actions.
- Analyze, evaluate, and solve command-driven Organic Industrial Base (OIB) centric problems, projects, and programs.
- Monitor security and industrial policy issues impacting the command's mission.
- Disseminate information and coordinate staff expertise to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and organize briefings, updates, and comprehensive plans for integrating material into reports and presentations.
- Collect data, prepare project and position papers, and deliver briefings to leadership at various levels.
- Review and interpret taskings and clarify requests from government and non-government agencies.
- Evaluate sensitive or controversial information requiring coordination and diplomacy.
- Other duties as assinged.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of program analyst experience within or supporting an Army project office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail with a meticulous and reliable approach to work.
- Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems such as Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, FAAD C2, and ADAM.
- Experience with integration of Army Air and Missile Defense Sensor or Weapon Platform systems such as Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), and Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
