Cox Enterprises is currently looking for a
Senior Paralegal, Entity Governance and Operations to join our team in
Atlanta, Georgia .
The Role: The Senior Paralegal, Entity Governance and Operations is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Cox Enterprise's corporate structure, including its U.S. and international subsidiaries. This role provides operational support to ensure the proper structuring of the company's subsidiaries throughout the corporate lifecycle, documenting all governance associated with these entities (including board and officer appointments and support), jurisdictional compliance, intercompany arrangements, and associated disclosures regarding Cox ownership. In addition to maintaining the corporate organizational structure, the Senior Paralegal works with corporate stakeholders to ensure subsidiaries are in good standing in all jurisdictions associated with the respective business operations. This position reports to the Manager, Entity Governance & Operations. Responsibilities:
This role requires the ability to complete multiple projects across different stakeholders simultaneously. You will need to provide exceptional customer support to corporate departments and the divisions on all entity management needs. Qualifications:

USD 33.99 - 51.01 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $33.99 - $51.01/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
