Licensing Specialist Description: As a member of the Volume Licensing Program Specialist team located in Lehi, Utah, you will be working on various projects, which would be directly helping Customers of Adobe's Creative Cloud. Your charter will be to prove exceptional support to the Field Sales organization, including Enterprise, Inside, and Channel sales account managers on a worldwide basis. Your efforts will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and will contribute to the overall success in the marketplace. As a member of the extended Volume Licensing Programs organization you will work with other cross functional operational teams such as Order Management, Finance, Customer Success, Contracts Administrative, and Legal. In addition, you will have opportunities to lead special projects and apply your ideas for improvements.
