Job Description The Disaster Recovery (DR) Lead Consultant provides support to multiple assigned more complex technology areas consulting on DR standards, processes, testing, and compliance with little support of the leadership. This role allows for leading lower band employees in projects and making decisions on behalf of the team. Key Responsibilities* Meet with clients regularly, to ensure their owned applications are in compliance with all technology and Disaster Recovery standards * Ensure all recoverable units are ready to be quality reviewed for compliance standards and respond to results in a timely manner * Analyze reports and prepare for the discussion of results and recommendations with clients, team and leadership * Timely communication and follow-up to clients in support of DR standards and compliance * Guide clients in creating Recoverable Units following Enterprise processes and standards * Provide ownership to implement more complex projects and team initiatives * Participate in testing of tools as needed * Create and update entries in tools with appropriate information * Guide clients as they plan and prepare for testing * Participate in discussions offering solutions to issues and concerns presented Education* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities* This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu)* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 130,300.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.At National General, great things happen when our people work together.
