Job Summary The MA Apprentice will be required to complete program course work in conjunction with on-the-job clinical training. Working under the direct supervision of the program coordinator and clinical preceptors (MA, LPN, RN, Provider) to build clinical knowledge and aid in patient flow by assisting and promoting the delivery of primary and preventative health care in the clinic setting. The MA Apprentice will practice and perform technical procedures, lab protocols and clinically oriented activities within their current scope of practice dictated by their training program and successful competency performance under direct supervision. Apprentice may progress to Medical Assistant position after successful completion of their Apprenticeship and certification exam. Essential Functions
