Technology & Systems Department

The Technology & Systems department drives technological innovation for the company and advances the technology strategy to support global growth. This includes IT, Software Development, OT / Automation Systems, and business process improvement. At Vantage, we are very hands on. In most cases, we specify, purchase, configure and maintain all networking and server hardware. We also work closely with partner VARs to learn about the latest technology changes so we can make informed purchase decisions. The Technology & Systems department participates in designing each of our new data center building's networking infrastructure, including but not limited to diverse pathways connecting to carriers, meet-me room (MMR) hosting (rack, cabs, ladders, cross connect panels...), wireless AP coverage, etc.We rely on meticulous collaboration with Sales, Construction, Operations and Corporate Functions to drive simplification, establish global standards with continuous improvement and speed to value. We are working to build a reliable, scalable, sustainable, and secure technology roadmap/landscape that enables us to better serve our customers and employees and be the partner of choice. Our focus is on speed to value with financial and execution discipline. We strive to double the good, halve the bad, in half the time.

Position Overview

This role will be based in: Denver, CO and is in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

Vantage is looking for a Global IT Business Analyst to work with the Technology & Systems Department on meeting their organizational goals and objectives. As a trusted advisor you are responsible for tracking the organization's financial performance against a plan, ensuring business objectives align within the organization, work to ensure goal alignment with our business partners, analyzing business performance, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports. The Business Analyst will implement and streamline processes ensuring accuracy while focusing on speed to value. You will promote scalable, secure, and sustainable IT enterprise processes and services that drive efficient and standardized productivity. In this role you will partner with business stakeholders to investigate data which might require in-depth evaluation with current and future business solutions. You will use innovative thinking to create detailed business processes, and system documentation. You will become intimate with the entire CTIO organization as well as familiar with our business partners and regions to ensure efficient business interaction.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management

  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting

  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization

  • Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Work with vertical peers focusing on continuous improvement to our business processes.

  • Review and implement lessons learned to ensure data is accurate and processes are efficient.

  • Additional duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant functional discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3-5 years of related experience

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency with Office365 and Power BI.

  • Knowledge of AnaPlan and Yardi a plus but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for enhancing employee experience.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $125,000- $135,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
