Overview of the Position: Will work closely with functional leaders and team members to identify and implement business processes enhancements across Wencor Defense business systems. This may include enhancing existing ERP systems, implementation of new functionality, evaluation of third-party applications/tools, integration with 3rd party applications and services and maintenance of existing software platforms. Utilizing SDLC, will lead systems design, system integration, coordination with 3rd party vendors, execution of test plans, documentation and change management. Must possess strong software development experience and skill set; have excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrate and maintain an understanding of business concepts; and exhibit a positive can-do attitude. Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business. At least three years of hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Pentagon2000 and Evasion. A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred in administering and supporting ERP systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, circumference, and volume. Analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
