Financial Analyst- Customer Invoicing

Dematic has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst in our North America Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI. This position requires an individual with professional experience in basic accounting, customer service and with practical experience with Large ERP systems and MS Office with a focus on Excel

• Reviews contract documentation and schedules project and change order invoicing
• Reviews & adjusts billing plans in accordance with contract specifications
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that billing is aligned with contract terms, pricing agreements, and company policies
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, coordinating with relevant departments
• Detailed analysis and review for data accuracy within ERP system
• Customer account reconciliation
• Department reporting
• Provide customer account updates in preparation of monthly management reporting package related to invoicing and analyzes results
• Identifies and resolves any invoicing or credits customer related issues

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in SAP
• Strong Microsoft office suite experience / Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
• Basic accounting and finance principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Exceptional analytical, critical reasoning, and communication skills along with solid attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to be well organized, learn new tasks quickly, define process improvements, and strive for success
