Job Summary: The Account Manager is responsible for the performance of one or more contracts across various time zones and locations. Overall duties include managing the recruitment for each assigned contract, remain up to date of contractual requirements. Responsible for new hire communication and necessary Decypher training, monitoring employes and ensure that they understand their duties and delegated tasks. Additional duties include planning, monitoring, evaluating job results, coaching, and disciplining employees, and serving as the first point of contact for clients. Account Managers must be highly organized, dedicated, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities: Work independently from recruitment to source and find professionals to promptly fill open position with exceptional healthcare staff based on recruitment metrics provided by VP of Delivery. Ensure effective and thorough onboarding of field staff; welcome phone call and email, outlining first day requirements, where to go, what to wear etc. Responsible for monitoring and responding to the day-to-day needs of the employee and customer of the assigned location and contract Follow up on customer and employee requests and concerns in a timely manner. Work with VP of Delivery and HR Manager when necessary Create action plans to correct any issues identified to create a sustainable operation Meticulous data entry of each new hire's pertinent information, ensuring seamless timekeeping and payroll; reviewing timesheets daily, and approving by due date set by Payroll Make sure that all orders are entered in our technology to provide team with details in a timely manner and close out order once filled. Respond to service requests, inquiries and concerns promptly and graciously, with a client-centered mentality and appropriate discretion, as needed, partner with HR Manager for employee coaching or termination Communicate issues or client process changes to VP of Delivery Work closely with external customers/government across multiple time zones; frequent outreach and communication requirements set by VP of Delivery Maintain regular employee management and follow up with documented conversations for engagement and purposeful reporting Responsible for maintaining information on their assigned Region. This could span across multiple customer types (e.g. Army, USDA, AF, etc.) Travel to customer sites as necessary for effective Customer Relationship Management Additional duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: 3+ years of experience in a similar position, with healthcare industry being strongly preferred Experience with payroll, billing, staffing, or similar strongly preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal relations Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills Familiarity with labor and employment laws is preferred Work Location: Hybrid and/or remote Travel to customer sites as necessary for effective Customer Relationship Management Schedule: Flexible to meet customer and employee needs |
