Shipping Clerk

• Process outbound order requests and prepare packages for UPS/FedEx and truck shipments.
• Scan part numbers and locations to complete orders.
• Operate UPS/FedEx online shipping systems.
• Receive inbound bulk shipments and verify items against purchase orders.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and report shipping supplies.
• Build bulk products into kits and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Identify and address gaps in inventory management and reporting.

• Ability to follow procedures and make decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Positive, professional, and dependable.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse computer applications.
• Ability to interpret instructions and use hand-held tools.
• Automotive-repair aptitude (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
