Description
Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Psychologist to work in our Environment, Safety, Health and Quality department. Our team works onsite with a 4x10 schedule located out of our Materials and Fuels Complex in Idaho. You will report to the Lead of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Your primary responsibility is to provide Human Reliability Program and Protective Force interviews and evaluations. You will also provide EAP services to INL managers, employees, and their direct family members to enhance workplace effectiveness and productivity by providing preventative, secondary and tertiary interventions in areas concerning organizational and personal well-being.
