About the Office or Unit As part of the Nolan School of Hotel Administration, The Statler Hotel is dedicated to delivering unparalleled guest service and operational excellence. In this role, the Director of Rooms will work closely with the General Manager to administer the Statler Hotel's vision, mission, and goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing room operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and leading a team of dedicated hospitality professionals. The Director of Rooms will emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in every aspect of their work, collaborating with the General Manager to lead and mentor the team, ensuring effective training, consistent practices, and compliance with Cornell policies.
