Summary As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Salesforce Product Owners, Quality Analysts, Administrators and Developers in iteratively developing new features and capabilities on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Heartland Point of Sale business. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and product managers to scope and implement new initiatives, streamline, automate, and simplify sales and operational processes and educate the business on the effective use of the technologies and processes necessary for the business to deliver best-in-class operational experiences for global teams. This position will report to the Director of Applications System Development within the Internal Applications department. Responsibilities
