Position Summary: The Group Fulfillment Center Rental Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Group Fulfillment Rental Center and staff. They will ensure all daily operational duties are completed satisfactorily either personally or through subordinate staff. The Supervisor will assist in supervising up to ten (10) employees at any given time, and delegate positions and special tasks during group fittings. They will maintain shop integrity and make sure operations are efficient and consistent. The Supervisor is responsible for generating revenue in their specific location through rental services and rental fulfillment. They will be available to work on weekends and holidays. The Supervisor must possess strong written and oral communication skills, computer skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude. They will be responsible for the daily opening and closing of location, staff management, daily and weekly reports, as well as merchandise inventory control. In addition, they will consistently follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

WAGE: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
