Job Description

Implements and administers programs to support goals and objectives by providing administrative support, coordinating the distribution and receipt of information, and gathering/analyzing data. May also be responsible for day to day operation of an office environment. This may include handling office maintenance, office inventories, and other facilities based issues. May also assist Management with administrative details of a confidential nature.

Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Administer local programs that are of an administrative nature
  • Prepare written communications such as letters, memos, e-mails, etc.
  • Review, tabulate and enter data into a variety of systems.
  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Filing, photocopying, mail distribution.
  • May manage the day-to-day office operation.
  • May act as a liaison for the Manager/Executive in their absence.
  • Promote the concept of working together as a team to build continual improvement within the Company and departments.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Requires excellent knowledge of the functional area(s) related to the job or good knowledge related to a professional field of work.
  • Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job.
  • May provide oversight of work conducted by junior-level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.
  • Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needs.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years or more relevant administrative experience

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $44,400 to $78,800 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
