Base Salary Range: $139,000 - $160,000

The total compensation opportunity includes the base salary, a 15% annual bonus opportunity, and a $14,000 annual equity target.

In this role you will be working on products to improve quality of life for patients, workers, and consumers worldwide. Our products and services directly impact the critical environments that advance medical breakthroughs, keep industry moving, and ensure the safety of products we use every day. The Sr Product Manager that supports our Calibration Solutions business has responsibility for establishing, enhancing, and differentiating the portfolio within the highly competitive and growing global market. This role will create annual business plans aligned to an overall long term strategic plan to differentiate Mesa Labs Continuous Monitoring offering. This is a high impact role that is strategic to Mesa Labs Calibration Solutions business unit.

Key Job Responsibilities:



  • Lead Product Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive product line strategy for the continuous monitoring hardware, software, and overall system portfolio aligned with the company's business goals and market trends within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. This includes defining product vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Collaboration: Lead through influence with cross functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, Service teams to execute on annual plans and key product line initiatives.
  • Lifecycle Management: Strategic planning, product development and commercialization product for hardware, software (SaaS), and system applications which also includes end of life activity for legacy SKUs.
  • Market Research: Drive data strategy to represent the Voice of the Customer internally through a variety of market research methodologies.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage product line budgets, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Product Development: Experience managing hardware and software development projects.


Qualifications/Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree - Required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Master's Degree (MBA) - Preferred
  • Minimum 8 years to include experience in Global/Regional Product Management experience, inclusive of 4 years working in regulated industry (e.g. Metrology, Medical Device, BioPharma, Continuous Monitoring, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, etc.)
