Overview

We are seeking a skilled Used Equipment Valuation Analyst to support the pricing, analysis, and communication efforts for Titan Used Agriculture and Construction Equipment in North America. The role will focus on maintaining pricing integrity and data management, assisting with market analysis, pricing strategies, and providing valuable insights to help grow our used equipment sales. Responsibilities

    Market Analysis & Sales Planning:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of market analysis for the Used Equipment business.
    • Collaborate with management to create monthly, quarterly, and annual used equipment sales plans and budgets.
    • Drive optimal margins, revenue, and growth while improving inventory turnover to meet company targets.
  • Pricing & Valuation Support:

    • Support Region Managers, Major Account Managers, and Sales Consultants on used equipment values, pricing, financing, and leasing options.
    • Ensure competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Inventory Management & Reporting:

    • Analyze and manage historical inventory levels and sales data by model and period, and collaborate with Operations teams to forecast future inventory needs.
    • Work with the Operations team to improve inventory reporting, including daily, monthly, and annual sales and aging reports.
  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Ensure smooth communication between various teams, including AG and CE operations, in relation to used equipment inventory, pricing, and sales.
    • Serve as a key resource for store personnel and executive leadership on used equipment pricing, sales trends, and operational issues.
  • Operational Support & Best Practices:

    • Monitor and track used equipment sales performance, identify best practices, and support underperforming stores.
    • Utilize Titan's database and tools to streamline inventory management and sales reporting.
    • Provide proactive support for equipment appraisal and pricing issues to enhance decision-making and sales effectiveness.
  • Other Duties:

    • Assist in identifying and implementing best practices to improve used equipment sales and profitability.
    • Follow safety protocols to ensure employee safety and minimize liability.


Qualifications

Required:

  • 3 plus years of experience in the Agriculture and Construction Equipment business or a related industry
  • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
  • Ability to travel as necessary and work flexible hours
