Job Summary
As a leader within the Community Affairs functional team, this Manager role is responsible for overseeing team operations and community sponsorship funding programming and implementation, as well as associated communications and reporting. Works closely with Senior Director of Community Affairs assessing impact, funding's alignment to strategies and reporting. Supports the appropriate director in developing, implementing, and managing the corporate communications function for the organization. Responsible for external and internal communications and possibly marketing initiatives intended to engage consumers and employees based on strategic marketing communications objectives for internal clients. Demonstrates expertise and skill in developing strategic, integrated marketing and communication solutions and implementing a variety of marketing and communications tactics for internal and external audiences. Coordinates messaging across a variety of platforms. Develops strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Responsible for project management, vendor management, communications and marketing planning, and team development. Manages and provides leadership to teams within System Communications & Marketing to develop plans that help accomplish goals and tasks. Essential Functions
