Transformation Office (TO) Director will coordinate the weekly TO process by supporting workstreams, assisting in Wave management, and managing dedicated TO resources. Coordinates the weekly Transformation cadence
Responsible for the functioning of weekly TO meetings, ensuring the right participants attend and actions are tracked Coordinates all elements of the rigorous weekly Transformation cadence (e.g., WSL meeting, TO Meetings) Produces relevant documents for internal communication and review of Transformation highlights Prepares and disseminates Transformation updates for all Transformation participants Tracks Workstream actions from TO meetings and coordinates with WSLs and other relevant parties to ensure execution
Demonstrates disciplined delivery and drives weekly TO cadence
Ensures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for the weekly TO meetings, TO comments, ExCo, CTO briefing meeting and other materials required for the Transformation Knows what is in the pipeline and what potential roadblocks exist Knows the organization well and is proactive in finding individuals that can assist in eliminating roadblocks Drives decision and actions, not discussions - performance manages Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners to meet deadlines - no lateness, no under-delivery Supports weekly TO meetings, including action tracking, driving discussion and coordinating logistics
Supports Workstreams and assists in Wave management
Consistently monitors workstream progress of Transformation and communicates updates to CTO and relevant WSLs Prepares the weekly WSL meeting Liaises with Wave Champions and support teams to ensure full user access Coordinates with WSLs and TO Analysts to ensure delivery of all Wave inquiries
Day-to-day management of the Transformation office team
Team: This position will have direct reports (Transformation Office analyst(s)) and will report directly to the VP Transformation Basic Qualifications:
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills Strong time management skillsets. Ability to balance priorities to meet all business needs Project management experience required with ability to multi-task with high volume throughput Attention to detail Effective leadership and facilitation demonstrated Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization 5-7 years experience in multi-national global manufacturing 4 years undergraduate degree
