Description Acara Solutions is seeking Facilities Maintenance Techs to join our client's team in Tolleson, AZ.
Full-time, direct hire with great benefits.
$27-34/hr pay rate Schedule: Day and Night shifts available, 12-hour shifts on a compressed work week (3 days on, 3 days off).
Facility technicians will provide support in the operation, maintenance, upkeep, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of facilities
Duties and responsibilities:
? Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RO system, chiller system, pump system, compressed air system, and exhaust gas treatment system
? Operate the BMS system and adjust the facilities according to the BMS system
? Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of facility systems
? Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to develop solutions for electrical problems and optimization of systems

? Adhere to safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while working with facility equipment
? Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections
