Leads Coordinator/Sales Assistant

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an (onsite) Leads Coordinator/Sales Assistant for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. This position reports to the VP of Sales. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Managing all inbound leads calls and web forms for our growing Environmental Services business.


    • Qualify / Disqualify potential sales opportunities
    • Develop scopes of work and pricing for project related needs
    • Enter sales leads into CRM system
    • Work with regional sales and operations teams to execute work
    • Provide feedback to marketing on sales trends


  • Help Manage all webinar related leads, opportunities and tasks


    • Pre-webinar: work with Marketing to notify sales team members on upcoming events
    • Post-webinar: Assign prospect leads to sales team members for follow-up


  • Follow-up with relevant prospects via cold calls and email
  • Create and review data and/or reports weekly and share feedback with the sales and marketing teams
  • Help Manage Employee Leads Program
  • Help with Prospecting Research: provide assistance with identifying future targets in current and future regions
  • Perform and arrange outbound calls to prospects that match our profile
  • Support quality of CRM data related to sales behaviors
  • Help support new and current sales programs
  • Assist BDMs in all aspects of customer service, expediting and order management
  • Management and replenishment of samples including: the preparation of samples, identification of requirements, cutting and coordination of shipping.
  • This position may require some safety sensitive activities including: the operation of fork trucks, saws, packaging and banding equipment, other activities within the plant as training and requirements dictate.
  • General safety training and specific equipment training will be provided prior to any activities within the plant
  • Other projects and responsibilities as identified


Basic Requirements:



  • 2+ years of related Environmental experience
  • Problem solving and Leadership skills a must
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sciences or related fields
  • Strong ability to work and thrive independently
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Experience running a call center and closing business over the phone
  • Strong sales technique and business development Experience
  • Experience with a CRM
  • Deeper understanding of Triumvirate's business
  • Strong leadership skills, EQ and AQ
  • Interaction with senior leaders and at Triumvirate
  • Experience with Marketing The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required


Preferred Requirements:



  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Previous forklift experience


Work Environment:



  • Manufacturing environment where hearing protection, safety glasses and steel toed boots are required.
  • Large facility with approximately 100,000 square feet of ground to cover.
  • Seasonal variation in temperature and weather conditions.
  • Frequent radio communication with operators and managers.
  • Teamwork-centered atmosphere with over 100 employees.
