Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer to join our client's team. This is a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Tolleson, AZ. 80-100k salary AI Model Maintenance: Continuously monitor and improve AI models to enhance accuracy and efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model performance Conduct regular updates and maintenance to ensure the models remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology. MES System Maintenance: Maintain and organize the overall process flow of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to ensure efficient operation Work closely with support IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the production line to identify trends and areas for improvement Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the MES system and AI models. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, IT, and quality control to implement AI inspection system and maintain the MES system Provide training and support to team members on the use and maintenance of AI models and the MES system Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on AI model performance and MES system status Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Equipment, and Facilities departments, capturing and documenting detailed requirements Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 3 yrs. minimum experience in developing and maintaining AI models, in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision techniques. Experience with MES systems and their maintenance. Good Understanding of manufacturing process, ERP, and integrations with other systems Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and relevant AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
