You will use your expertise in the development and maintenance of operating and capital budgets for Main Line HealthCare, including all MLHC Physician Services and Corporate Support Services. Work collaboratively with Practice Administrators and other members of the MLHC management team to highlight and address performance variances. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting budget to actual financial performances, and participate in the financial planning and analysis supporting the evaluation of new programs and services .

Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Experience:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare accounting, budgeting or financial planning required.
2. Physician organization experience preferred.
3. Thorough knowledge of financial principles.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
