KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate - GSA Contracts Management to join our Enterprise
Contracting Center team.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration
    support to a diverse portfolio of GSA Federal Supply Schedules, Multiple
    Award Schedules, GWACS, and IDIQ's, including RFP analysis, proposal
    development support, coordination of appropriate internal reviews,
    contract negotiation, and contract/task order/modification administration
    and execution. Ensure contracts information/reporting systems
    (internal/external) are accurate and maintained according to
    requirements/procedures.
  • Review, analyze, and process GSA Schedule/Vehicle
    MASS Mods and Contract Modifications for updates and compliance purposes. Support
    GSA Schedule/vehicle administrative and enhancement Modifications
    (Authorized Negotiator, SIN additions, Rate adjustments). Maintain
    GSA Schedule catalog file(s); review and process SIP uploads
    required for GSA Schedule compliance. GSA eOffer/eMod submissions,
    retrieval, and processing. Strong working knowledge of GSA Price Reduction
    Clause (PRC) and GSA Basis Of Award (BOA) and price discount relationship.
  • Coordinate, negotiate and review the formulation and
    finalization of contracts and various agreements. Identifies notable
    clauses, FAR/DFAR regulations, potential risks, Conflicts of Interest
    (COI) and compliance requirements and coordinates/completes required
    review for Partners/Principals, Management and Office of General Council
    (OGC).
  • Management of high volume, time sensitive,
    discretionary information related to Federal acquisitions and engagements.
    Support RFPs/RFQs and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with
    terms and conditions, and provide advice and interpretation of contract
    requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders and
    draft contract related documents for review by Office of General Counsel
    and internal stakeholders; interface with all levels of the delivery
    teams, functional support organizations, and client organizations; act as
    point of contact for internal and external clients including obtaining
    satisfaction feedback. Advise leadership and engagement management of
    contractual rights, obligations, and risks; compile and analyze data;
    maintain historical contract information and update contract management
    information systems; support the monthly production and monitoring of
    metrics and provide reporting to leadership.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum three years of recent GSA
    Schedule/vehicle administration and contract management experience;
    preferably with the GSA MAS, GSA OAIS, GSA HCaTS, or similar vehicles,
    within a large professional services firm.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited
    college/university or equivalent work experience,
  • Knowledge of GSA Federal Supply Schedules/large
    vehicles, multiple solicitation types, contract types, the FAR, and the
    DFAR.
  • Preferable to have industry certifications and
    membership to/active participation in the National Contract Management
    Association (NCMA).
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving,
    analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment
    driven by customer service and teamwork.
  • Detail oriented and thorough, with effective time
    management skills; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a
    credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members.
