KPMG is currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Project Management Transfer Pricing to join our Economic and Valuation Services practice with a focus on climate change and policy analysis.

Responsibilities:
* Support transfer pricing client engagement teams in the initiation, planning,
* design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of complex engagements
* Monitor project progress and managing changes to project scope, schedule and costs
* Manage technology workflow and other relevant project status trackers
* Track key performance indicators and create reports and presentations to be delivered to relevant clients and/or stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:

* Work with the KPMG local office teams nationally and internationally and/or the client directly to understand the requirements at the start of each documentation cycle and provide instructions to the junior staff
* Develop and maintain relationships and act as primary liaison with KPMG local office teams and our offshore partners
* Identify opportunities for additional services that the client may need and liaise with subject specialists
* Train and coach, a team of professional staff of varying experience levels

Qualifications:
* Minimum of five years of Project Management, Business modeling, Management Consulting experience; preferably in a professional services and client service environment; at least five years of organizational development, process improvement, tax, strategy or operations experience; international tax and/or transfer pricing experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in a business field from an accredited college or university and PMP certification required; Master's degree, CPA, Lean Six Sigma certification or JD a plus
* Demonstrated ability to execute and successfully achieve objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent organizational, presentation, communication and meeting facilitation skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required, experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project highly desired
* Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:
* Minimum of eight years of Project Management, Business modeling, Management Consulting experience; preferably in a professional services and client service environment; at least eight years of organizational development, process improvement, tax, strategy or operations experience; international tax and/or transfer pricing experience preferred
