Buyer, West Elm Kids Unique opportunity to help shape the vision of the growing West Elm Kids business! In this role you will develop business strategies and seasonal assortment plans to maximize the development of the brand, sales and profits for the growing West Elm Kids Textiles business. You will identify opportunities and recommend new product or concepts for Kids Textiles. You will manage information across functions working closely with Design, Inventory Management, Sourcing, Production, Packaging and Creative Services to ensure the process is followed and timelines met. Manage and develop Assistant Buyers. You will join a talented and collaborative team in building a business from the ground up with a clear path to future career development and business ownership opportunities. This position is onsite in Brooklyn, NY (DUMBO) 4x a week (hybrid role). Responsibilities
