The University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, is recruiting a full-time faculty member at the Assistant Professor level.

Qualifications:

* Medical degree in Anesthesiology

* Eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license

* Board-eligible or Board-certified

* Completion of accredited residency and fellowship specialty training

* The ability to work with a highly productive team is critical to the success of this position

The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence in clinical care, teaching, and/or research. Our diverse anesthesiology group provides a variety of challenging cases for generalists and other anesthesiology specialists. We are seeking highly talented applicants to join our healthcare system and offer opportunities in the subspecialties of neuro, cardiac, and general anesthesia throughout a seventeen-hospital system. Academic rank [Assistant Professor (0-5 years of experience)] is commensurate with prior academic achievements and experience.
