The Resolution Planning Manager will have broad oversight of the Resolution Planning framework and will be responsible for the preparation and submission of the organization's Resolution Plan and related materials.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide subject matter knowledge on expectations and requirements.
- Communicate Resolution planning initiatives to senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and other relevant parties.
- Oversee all aspects of Resolution Planning including program implementation, drafting and submission of deliverables, as well as gap identification and program enhancements.
- Collaborate with businesses and functions such as Risk, Compliance, Finance and Legal to interpret regulatory requirements, gather necessary inputs for reporting and develop Resolution Plan content.
- Effectively review and challenge staff contributions to the Plan.
- Design and produce presentations for Executive Management, Board of Directors, Supervisory Examiners, Lines of Businesses, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop playbooks to support potential implementation of the Resolution Plan, in coordination with businesses and functions.
- Lead development of strategic data capabilities to support timely availability of key information in the Resolution Plan.
- Engage third parties to identify capability needs and align on approaches.
- Support regulatory requests from regulatory agencies including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings.
- Address inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support further ad-hoc analysis and conduct industry research to benchmark capabilities and further explore the intersection between capital planning and resolution planning.
- Support execution of capital management framework including the preparation of the Capital Plan and Capital Stress Test documentation.
- Manage and oversee capital stress testing documentation including policies, summary of results, effective challenge packages, model inventory catalogue, process flow, procedures, as well as analytical reports as necessary.

- Proven experience in resolution planning within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing regulatory programs that span across business divisions.
- Track record of effectively developing presentations and addressing inquiries from regulators, audit teams etc.
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations and requirements, particularly those relating to resolution planning.
- Knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as experience representing large financial institutions with regulatory bodies (e.g., OCC, FDIC, FRB, PRA, EBA, etc.)
- Strong intellectual curiosity and problem solving and/or analytical skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects under compressed timeline. Experience in cross-functional project management.

- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, banking and the analysis & reporting of financial data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good understanding of the complexities of capital and liquidity management
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field.
- 7+ years of banking experience (preferably in treasury, finance, risk management, financial regulation, or similar.
Preferred Experience:
- MBA or Master's Degree. Financial reporting, Regulatory Reporting and/or Capital Planning experience. Accounting/internal controls, or consulting background is a plus.
- Skilled at using Workiva (Wdesk) or similar reporting software.
