• The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus, a part of a rich legacy of compassionate care since 1909, now offers 378 licensed beds, a history of innovation, and strong community support.

• Provide scrub assistance skills within the OR suite
• Responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilization of surgical instruments according to manufacturer's recommended guidelines or instructions for use
• Familiar with and supportive of Center policies and procedures

• High School graduate or GED
• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology or Military training that qualifies individual to sit the certification exam
• Current BLS certification
• One year prior experience
