Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. We are hiring for a dynamic and forward-thinking Early Career Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating impactful experiences for early career professionals by designing and managing programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent. An integral part of your role will involve leveraging data to enhance program effectiveness and drive strategic decisions. You will ensure program data remains current, while actively seeking new data insights to narrate the program's success. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to extract and analyze data that informs succession planning and helps determine optimal levels of Early Career (EC) talent at various sites. This role is part of a dynamic Global Team, engaging with colleagues across APAC, North America, Mexico and Europe. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and varying time zones, facilitating effective international meetings and cross-cultural collaboration. The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy individual with excellent relationship-building skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and strong project management capabilities. This role is remote eligible and includes travel requirements of up to 70% during peak program and recruiting seasons to support university engagement, event execution, and program implementation. The ideal candidate will be located in Western Wisconsin. What you will do: * Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities to support recruitment efforts. * Coordinate campus engagement activities such as career fairs, info sessions, and student organization events. * Collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process. * Support sourcing strategies and maintain effective communication with prospective candidates. * Plan and execute engaging onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. * Ensure a seamless transition for new employees by creating meaningful and welcoming experiences. * Develop and implement innovative early career programs that align with company goals. * Manage event planning logistics, ensuring all programming exceeds expectations. * Collaborate and establish strong relationships with stakeholders to implement and enhance program content and initiatives. * Demonstrate an interest in marketing by managing social media platforms, creating engaging flyers for events, and updating SharePoint sites to ensure effective communication and brand consistency. * Partner with Koch Industries, Koch companies, and other Molex divisions to align on programming and recruitment strategies. * Share best practices, resources, and insights to enhance the effectiveness of early career initiatives across the organization. * Oversee and manage SharePoint sites to centralize program resources. * Maintain accurate records, monitor program metrics, and generate reports. * Work closely with managers, mentors, and early career participants to foster collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives. * Support the early career team and business initiatives Who you are (Basic Qualifications): * Experience communicating both written and verbally across various levels of an organization. * Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word and other collaboration platforms. * Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience. * One (1) year of project management experience. * Experience planning and executing events, ensuring all details are considered and flawlessly executed. What will put you ahead: * Demonstrate ability to successfully design, implement, and manage programs that drive engagement and results, individually and as a team member * Understanding and application of principles to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster continuous improvement. * Establish connections with universities and a proven track record of leveraging these relationships for recruitment and program success. * Hands-on experience with early career talent acquisition, development programs, or internships, demonstrating an understanding of the needs and challenges of early career professionals. * Ability to think outside the box to create engaging programs and solve challenges innovatively. For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000-$75,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
