Here's what you'd do: Recording transactions based on monthly brokerage statements, including amortization, accretion, accrued interest received, accrued interest paid, and foreign tax paid. Reconciling monthly statements. Recording unrealized capital gain/loss monthly or quarterly (depending on the client). Preparing a quarterly Consolidated Profit and Loss statement in Excel (one client). Preparing a quarterly Consolidated Balance Sheet in Excel (one client). Recording Schedule K-1 transactions. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years experience in QuickBooks.
