Job Description JOB SUMMARY The VP, Paid Social Media Director had 10+ years' experience. Healthcare and Pharmaceutical experience a plus. They are responsible for working alongside the SVP, Group Director in making sure all Paid Social accounts are meeting industry and company standards. They are responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of the paid social media campaigns across all relevant platforms for Pharma DTC and HCP accounts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION A Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study is preferred EXPERIENCE 10+ years in Paid Social Media marketing is required Experience in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals is required Experience in Meta Blueprint is required KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES * Complete knowledge of paid social platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and experience developing complex strategies andactivations. * Experience managing a department or large team to drive business growth and increase revenue. * Experience in mentoring and team building. * Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts. * Experience managing Directors and Associate Directors * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Proven ability to manage multiple clients and simultaneous campaigns to achieve business outcomes. * Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. * Flexible team player who collaborates and contributes on strategic and tactical matters. * Successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels of the organization. * Ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment. * Able to convey compelling messages and transform complex concepts into clear communications. * Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard, on time and to budget. $160,000.00 - $215,000.00 The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
