Duties and Responsibilities |
Plan, develop, coordinate and perform graphic design, digital and social media activities for and in conjunction with Loyola University's varsity athletic teams.
Manage all graphic design content creation/editing for Loyola Athletics various communication vehicles including, but not limited to social media, official athletics website, in-game video/scoreboards, newsletters and corporate sponsorship proposals.
Design advertisements; develop, write, edit and design posters, schedule cards, schedule magnets, flyers, newsletters, brochures, and other publications.
Oversee all social media campaigns including concept development, activation, measurement and evaluation.
Manage social media vendors, including relationships with various outlets (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Identify, interpret and capitalize on social media trends and best practices, as well as regularly monitor and evaluate existing platforms and the potential to leverage new ones.
Assist with Influencer and Name Image Likeness related platforms and student-athlete brand building initiatives, including supplemental photography .
Provide social media education and best practices to coaches and student-athletes on an annual basis or upon request
Perform other related duties as assigned. |

-Demonstrated graphic design experience
-Adobe Creative Suite (Including but not limited to Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Etc.)
-Social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.)
-Effective oral, written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills |
