The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an expert and innovative GenAI Architect to serve our diverse base of global clients. The role is encouraged to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to improve our services and technologies.

Location: Raleigh, NC | Remote

Experience: 14+ years

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on large scale proposal experience on owning end-to-end solution. Should have presented the proposal solution to client teams
• Demonstrate thought leadership or consulting based "pull through" engagements creations.
• Collaborate with Hyperscalers Architects in defining and enriching GenAI solution offerings and customizing them for customer needs.
• Create large scale PoVs or PoCs and present to senior client teams
• Should be able to define GenAI adoption roadmap for client industries based on their Enterprise needs.
• Should have thorough knowledge of end-to-end deployment of GenAI solutions to customers cutting across the industry prevalence of GenAI.

Qualifications:

• Total Experience: 14 to 18 years - latest 5 years in Senior Solution Architect capacity.
• Should have worked as an Enterprise / Lead Architect for medium / small scale enterprises.
• Hands-on Architecture, Administration, DevSecOps expertise in AWS - 5 years.
• EA expertise cutting across App / Network / Security / Platform architecture in AWS.
• Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in AI, ML and at least 1 year in GenAI using cloud based GenAI services (any cloud AWS/Azure/GCP is fine).
• Should have hands-on experience in prompt engineering, maintaining prompt libraries, handling GenAI delivered code (filtering, avoiding duplicates etc.)
• Should have a Java or .NET (preferably Java) or Python/scripting-based career progression before EA role.
• Should be multi-cloud certified in architecture space - at least 2 (AWS - GCP - Azure).
• Before hitting EA should have done hands-on Architecture work on platform, security and data with the public cloud providers for at least 5 years.
• Industry experience preferably in Media, Communications or Info services.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 14th, 2025.

The annual salary is between $100,000 - $139,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
