Warehouse Lead

In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for process improvement, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

  Ensures compliance with production procedures

  
  
• 
  

  Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain appropriate documents and forms for beginning and end of shift reporting

  
  
• 
  

  Assemble, set-up, and stop equipment for changeovers and line specific needs

  
  
• 
  

  Adhere to production running order and recipes.

  
  

• 
  

  Assists in standardizing procedures and practices to improve line efficiency and/or product quality

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work in a hot, cold, wet and loud environment

  
  
• 
  

  Stand up Forklift Experience

  
  
• 
  

  All other duties as assigned

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  A high school diploma or GED preferred

  
  
• 
  

  Can regularly stand, walk and lift up to 50lbs

  
  
• 
  

  Some manufacturing experience preferred, food manufacturing a plus

  
  
• 
  

  Good communication and observational skills

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also adapt to frequent changes that occur on the production line
