Description The Defined Contribution Project Management Associate is chiefly responsible for performing functions to manage conversions and implementations of new plans and merger/acquisitions onto Milliman systems to ensure compliance with contract requirements and client expectations. The Associate acts as the primary point of contact for the client and internal partners during the implementation, and acts as an advocate for the client within Milliman, Inc. The Associate will work with other departments to ensure common understanding of requirements and deliverables and to ensure that plans are converted and implemented timely and accurately. The Associate is responsible for developing and presenting Implementation calendar, conducting ongoing regular client calls and maintain client contact throughout the lifecycle of the project. In addition, will perform quality assurance audits of all conversion activity and documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations and provide frequent status reports to management. Location This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas, TX, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.
