Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager of Product Development - Physical and Digital will lead the development and management of innovative products and services that meet the needs of our members and the dental community. This role will oversee both physical and digital product lines, ensuring they align with the ADA's strategic goals and deliver exceptional value.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years of experience (or 12 in lieu of degree) executing product plans according to schedule, analyzing market trends, and creating a variety of products that meet the needs of the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Knowledge of and aptitude in logical and analytical thinking, and business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and resources
  • Skills and attributes: Self-starter; Results-focused; Verbal Communication; Writing; Analytical; Collaboration; Influential
  • Proficiency in M365 (MS Office)
  • Travel twice per year for networking or product development 1-3 nights per trip
  • May require more than the standard number of hours of work within a work week
