ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and analyze the business needs of the organization. Identify and define opportunities for process improvement and drive continues improvement. Design and model optimal business processes and workflows for era of AI. Align business processes with the strategic goals of the organization. Develop and maintain process documentation. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure processes meet their needs.Ensure all processes comply with relevant policies, regulations, and standards.Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate technology solutions with business processes. Measure, evaluate, and report on process performance. Apply AI technologies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation in business processes. Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure effective process adoption. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard process integrity. Establish frameworks for ongoing process refinement and adaptation to evolving business needs.
