Job Details:
Job Summary: This role will be responsible for the preparation of ASC 740 reporting, as well as various federal, state, and international tax compliance obligations for Cubic Corporation and subsidiaries in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role will direct staff on larger projects including corporate compliance initiatives and assist with federal and state tax controversies. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Remote US workers will be considered. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: General
