Job Details Job Description Serves as departmental and disease team resource for research protocol initiation and implementation. Performs basic nursing skills, study coordination and data management, with a central focus on managing subject recruitment and enrollment, consistency of study implementation, data management and integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting. May attend leadership meetings and advisory groups. Assists in the development of workflows, SOPs and Guidance documents. Works closely with the clinical team to bridge the gap between clinical and research protocols.Collects and documents clinical information (data) from study participants.Provides patient education regarding research study.Obtains informed consent and supports enrollment into clinical trials.Interacts with consortium members, organizes meetings and communicates with participating institutions, tracks and records progress, schedules meetings, records and distributes minutes.Education:Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing. BSN Preferred.ANDExperience:Minimum of 1 year of RN clinical experience in a health care setting.
