Job Description

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for stroke and cerebrovascular patients
• Participate in acute stroke call coverage (telestroke and in-house)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurocritical care, neurosurgery, and rehabilitation
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical trials

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency
• Vascular Neurology fellowship (completed or in final year)
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology and Vascular Neurology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong commitment to academic medicine and teaching

Academic Appointment:

• Faculty appointment at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University
• Academic rank commensurate with experience and qualifications (Instructor or Assistant Professor)
