Responsibilities The Manager, Quality& Accreditation assists the Director, Quality Management, the Risk Manager and the Nurse Educator. Manager, Quality& Accreditation works to improve the quality of care that PIW delivers to patients by focusing on performance improvement, risk reduction, auditing and staff training and education and works to increase patient and staff safety and decrease risk. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field required. 5 years hospital and/or job-related experience. Must have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Must be detail-oriented. Must possess strong organizational skills. Most possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be available to work extended hours, when necessary.
