We are looking for an Analyst, TIS Communications to join our team in either Houston Texas.

Partnering with senior team members, the Analyst is accountable for the continuous improvements and process enhancements across the TIS organization and enabling effective communication and engagement.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the communications process by using the Communications log and applying our existing strategy to execute and evaluate our already established Communications process

  • Develop new emails, communications, and articles

  • Document and provide improvement recommendations to leaders for existing processes

  • Analyze, record and validate business and technical requirements in support of system and/or process changes through meeting facilitation and interviews with stakeholders

  • Assist with leader on the development and delivery of engagement activities and change management

  • Act as a point of contact and provide support to the team members within this group

  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness within Communications and Engagement processes and follow up with end-users

  • Develop and support processes, dashboards, and reports

Who you are:
  • Post-secondary education, preferably Communications Diploma or undergraduate degree

  • 0-2 years' experience of IT experience as a communications analyst

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge and/or education experience in Requirements Gathering, requirements Analysis & Documentation, Value Chain Analysis, Building dashboards and KPIs (PowerBI) and/or Service Now

  • Business Process Modeling & Process Redesign

  • Writing of Implementation and Change Management plans

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
  • Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone
