The State Department Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR)/Teller Floater to assist members and potential members with their credit union needs. Responsibilities include describing current products and services, setting up new accounts, and responding to members' inquiries. This role requires working in the Member Services area and on the Teller Line on a rotating basis, as well as traveling to various branches to provide coverage as needed. Required Skills and Competencies: - Minimum of 1-year teller experience or 1-year of customer service experience including cash handling and sales - Ability to work fast and accurately with numbers - Ability to solve arithmetic and mathematical reasoning problems - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to exercise sound judgment - Strong organizational skills - Experience working with Windows and Microsoft Office programs on a PC The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by the MSR/Teller.
